Has anyone found a REAL and effective way to reduce it?
I know there is no way to really get ride of it but yeah. It's like.. the minute i turned 25 my body changed and it ***** and makes me mad cuz i work out, eat well, play sports, don't smoke and all that stuff and it still happens.
Yes yes i know genetics but i don't know what they hold in store for me since i'm adopted so has anyone found anything to really at least reduce it's appearance?

I don't really drink milk (which is a problem on it's on yeah yeah), don't eat yogurt and have 1 slice of cheese a day.

Re: cellulite?
I am the same way...I have no idea about my birth parents so as my body starts changing its freaking me out!! (Its gross, but once I turned 23 everything stopped working the way it used to...) I started using the AM/PM lotion on my thighs to try to help stimulate circulation/reduce the apperance of that stupid annoying cellulite stuff...Havent used it consistantly though and there really hasnt been any difference in appearance at all...

LOL - same here. Honestly though - I tried those Nivea strip thingys that you leave on while you sleep. Might sound strange - but I swear they worked after using them for 2 days a week for a month. Actually....I have to buy myself another box of them (trying to reduce the cellulite before my caribbean vacay in a month!).
I swear - cellulite is seriously the devil that just wont go away - no matter how healthy I am!

Where do you get these strip things???? I have never heard of them. 25 was the age for me where everything stopped working like it used to and I'm almost 27 so I can't waste anymore time!

Re: cellulite?
So funny, I was just talking to one of my co-workers about this! I am getting so frustrated because I eat well, exercise or do something active at least 5 days a week, don't smoke either and it seems that since I turned 28, its just so hard to keep up with the way I used to look. I am not saying I am fat or anything, but I know when I am comfortable with my body and the way my clothes fit. I am getting SO frustrated because I work hard on it and I want to see better results! Anyway Adriana, I have been using this Nivea Cellulite reducer gel. Your supposed to use it twice a day and it really does work. Its defintely not a permanent fix but it helps!

Re: cellulite?
I was looking at other old posts and a few people say Avon Cellu-something works really good after using for a few weeks.

hey.. if it helps i'll try it. i'm currently attempted to use Jergins glow lotion thing which supposidly helps firming also. We'll see how that goes.

Re: cellulite?
I think after 21 everything i ate stuck to me. My cousin is so skinny and keeps saying she can eat anything but I told her wait till you get older it all creeps up on you.
I think there is a cream that they say u put on at night time and its supposed to reduce it .... im not sure how well it works though.

Everyone says that 25 is the age everything goes down hill. i turn 25 in 2 months and i am running more to keep my metabolism up and hopefully everything will stay the way I want it to until I am 30... wishful thinking... if not, maybe i should buy these strips for preventative measures...

They are called Nivea Good - Bye Cellulite Patches and you should be able to get them in your drugstore (I usually buy them in Rite Aid or Target). They are like $10-$15 (cant remember), but hey - I dont mind spending it b/c they seem to work for me!
