do u use the gel and the patches??? or just one or the other?

like it seems the gel is for everyday twice a day use, and then the patches are for like certain areas...like id use the gel in the am n pm, and then i could put patches on my really bad areas before bed?

If anyone is interested in the AVON thing let me know...I sell avon and can look up to see the name of what product you are talking about...There are about 4 off the top of my head that I can think of, but I know there are more...

I am the same way...I have no idea about my birth parents so as my body starts changing its freaking me out!! (Its gross, but once I turned 23 everything stopped working the way it used to...)
I started using the AM/PM lotion on my thighs to try to help stimulate circulation/reduce the apperance of that stupid annoying cellulite stuff...Havent used it consistantly though and there really hasnt been any difference in appearance at all...

.

yeah me too but i don't know if it really works. i'm TRYING to use it consistently so we'll see.

Glad to know i'm not the only one 'growing up' with a blindfold on.

If you ever need to/want to talk about it I am here...Not very many people understand how it feels sometimes...

I am pretty sure you you use them both at the same time and it will be more effective. I only used the gel because I wanted to see if that worked first.

Re: cellulite?

Exercise definitely reduces it. Not just cardio but strength training as well. Strength training builds muscle and muscle burns fat.

Another thing that helps is obviously staying away from fatty foods.

Also I read that massaging lotion onto 'problem areas' can help reduce it. Don't know how effective that is though.

Re: cellulite?

my cellulite has turned into celluLOT...its utterly embarrassing and nothing has helped me yet. Ive started running again so im hoping this at least helps me firm them up a little

Re: cellulite?

Since I turned 25 my body is just not responding the way it use to. I have been watching what I eat with no results. Cellulite is def a issue...I find it sooooo embarrassing!!!

Even though FH says I'm crazy because he thinks I look great, I find myself being self-conscious about my body in front of him

Hey...sorry...just saw your question now!

I use the gel anytime I get out of the shower (definitely every morning, sometimes at night), and I use the patches usually like 3 times a week on the 'problem areas' (upper back of my thigh - I hate it!). I use the gel year round, but only use the patches in the spring/summer (in other words, before when I know I am going to be in a bathing suit). I really think it helps!

Lori - you are totally not alone feeling that way...FH thinks I am beautiful and say that I am gorgeous just the way I am and to not be worried about it (and he doesnt think I have cellulite - although, I dont believe him on that!). Although, yeah, I am still self conscious about it....
