If you can get someone in the bridal party to tape a penny under a seat or a card that says you won, that always works
My friend actually had little cards made up to be placed in a empty wine glass on the tables. whoever sat at that place won the centerpiece

Our Dj tape their buisness card under one chair at each table. Then he did musical chairs with the card by having everyone pass the card around, when the music stopped, whoever was holding the card was told to give the card to the the first lady on his/her left, that person was the drink runner for the night for that table, but that person got the CP at the end of the night. There are many ways to do it
