I am doing them myself, how do you know how many to make, if you won't be sure how many tables you are having until the invites go out?

Is there a minimum you have to guarantee? If so, then I would make at least that amount then once you get your RSVP's you will know how many to add!. HTH

I agree with this....but...in case you want to sit down and get them done all at once...I say over estimate how many tables you think you will need.
