That works out to $12/table. I think that´s a bit tight but anything is doable. I would do candles. They´re always your cheapest bet. You would definitely have to DIY on this. Find some nice glass containers put some pretty stones/shells/etc on the bottom, fill with water and stick a floating candle on top. Thats just one option that came to mind. You just have to be creative. Go to craft stores and get ideas. Then start buying in the clearance section once you have the basic idea of what you want. You should start buying things with time.

Short CP's: Buy 25 clear tall cylinder or rectangular vases at discount/clearance stores (99 cents store, etc.) and fill it with stones/pebbles/rocks (arts & crafts stores or discount stores) and water. Go to a local supermarket in the florist section (Stop & Shop, Shop Rite, Traders Joe, etc.) and get a bunch of orchids, peonies, or your flower of choice as well as babies breath and fill them in the vase. The look will be unbelievably amazing.

Tall CP's: Get tall branches or branch twigs (arts & crafts, discount, florist) and orchids (supermarket, farmer's market, etc.) and crystals or sparkling gems (arts & crafts, beads store). String orchids around branches to give it a cascading effect and add crystals or sparking gems as a final touch to give it a shimmery look.

$300 should be enough for either tall or low CP's. The only problem is you will have to do a lot of shopping around to compare and get the lowest pricing as possible.

my friend did this for her wedding....she got a ton of hurricane vases and blue, white and green beach stones, we filled the bottom with the stones, then put in a tall candle. it looks so beautiful!
