Anyone have an idea of how many programs/cry packs/bubbles to order for the ceremony?
Guest count should be 125-140 people. I don't expect everyone to be at the ceremony (its not at the hall and its on a Friday afternoon).

My guest count is 125. Having ceremony at the church on a Friday, I made 60 programs.

I was going to do 50 programs (bc I figured couples will only take one) and 75 bubbles bc I know the kids are going to take a bunch.

Re: Ceremony Items - How many?
if your having the ceremony and reception at two different locations its safe to say not everyone will make the ceremony, especially if you have a big gap of time in the middle like me (2.5 hours) my guest count is near 180 but I'm only going to make 125 programs, but the bubble wands are cheap, you can get them at Wal-Mart for $15 for a pack of 100, so i'll be having about 200 bubble wands...i guess it all depends on the budget you set aside for that type of stuff too...if you make your own programs, they will be a lot cheaper than if you have them made by a company
