I assume you mean chair covers right? I am using the finishing touch and I think we're paying $6 a chair for a crushed velvet cover and a red bow. You can get them cheaper on-line but they don't install them and you have to worry about pressing them and sending them back and it's all just too complicated.

a lot of reception halls use their own vendors, did you ask your banquet manager?
My place charges $3 a chair.

I did ask them and they also said about $3 but I didn't know if that was the average.

I think it is average for just a pain cover. Add a bow and it costs more. Add a different fabric it costs more. Smile and it cost more...haha

$3 is just about right for a cover and a sash. Unless of course, you want to have a more luxurious cover
