How bad are the chairs w/out covers?

I like the look of them, but I don't like sitting on them. I tend to put my feet under the chair and I'm always uncomfortable with chair covers. jmho

It depends on the room and the chairs. I was very adamant about having chair covers so, for me, it was worth the extra money. I thought it made the room look so much more elegant.

The chairs are blue
but every website shows them with the covers
so i cant not post a pic

depends on what the chairs look like without them. My place has ugly green chairs, the chair coves were a must for me.

If I had the extra money, I would get them. FH would have a stroke, though!!! He thinks we are paying too much as it is.

It definitly depends on the chairs and how hey look in the room....You said blue, how would they look with your centerpieces?

Maybe you can ask the hall if you can see the room set for someone elses wedding without the chair covers?

same here. I think if you can afford them and you want them, then go for it.

I just couldn't see spending the money on something my a$$ will go on.

same here...I'm only getting them because they are FREE!

I am getting them, I think they make the room look more elegant, but if it's a lot more per person maybe it isn't worth it. Maybe you can work something out with your hall.

Me too! If WM wasn't giving them to me I would get them because of $

depends on what the chairs look like and if they match your theme/colors.

FI is of the opinion that chair covers can 'make' a room. This was after seeing pics at a lot of halls with and w/o chair covers.

I think it depends on the theme or the mood you're trying to set. My hall has very nice chair, but I found that the chair covers with the sash gave the room a softer, more romantic look and feel and that's what I was looking for.

I love the look of them, but does it fit in your budget and go with your room. I don't have enough $$$ and the chairs at Giorgio's are actually very nice. If you chairs are nice, I would save the $$$

Re: chair covers OR no chair covers

im not crazy about them
and if i was to get them it would cost me $ 2000.00..

now can we afford it ..it depends on who you ask me or my fh
