Chair Covers/Table Linens???

RH doesn't provide chair covers and they only offer white or ivory for table linens. (which is fine. But I was considering renting table linens and chair covers that go more with my color theme (the chair's in the RH are dark green w/ pink flowers). The RH rents them for $6.95 per chair and we are having roughly 300 guests... That's $2,085!!!!! FH and I are willing to splurge with some things but he's completely against spending that much on chair covers and table linens. I agree w/ him. So, I started looking around for outside vendors that rent them- I called Finishing Touch in Hicksville (suggested vendor) on here but they wanted the same price as RH did. Does anyone know of a place that rents less expensive chair covers and table linens? Or can someone share another idea??

Great!!!! Thank you so much. I will definitely contact her asap to find out pricing. Anyone else have suggestions/places?

Check AAA Party Rentals in Garden City. I rented some tablecloths from them for a work event once and I thought their prices were reasonable, although I do not know what they were ... can't remember.

Another idea -- maybe you can go with just the chair covers to save some money, and use the linens they provide, even if they aren't the exact colors you would like?

Here's the info for AAA:

WOW! I just hung up with them. They were SOOOO sweet and helpful. Their prices were amazing. The Finishing Touch and my RH wanted $6.95 per chair and not including the sash. Linen Creations gave me a quote at $3.75 per chair & it includes the sash. I wasn't sure how I want to set up the chairs or tables, so they are going to set up some in their show room and email me pictures using my color theme. How nice is that? Thank you so much NapaValleyGirl, what a great place!!!

I'm renting from Water Mill Rental Center
