Change of Date AHHHHHHHH

Long story short, I had to change our date because our pastor is ON VACATION our weekend!!!!!!

We have been going through the process of the church interviews (they gave us a hard time because we are of different christian faiths) and in TWO months never checked our date!!!!!!!!!!

I will say I was quite proud of myself for holding it together, and stopped by our venue to see if the follwing Friday was still available (and thankfully it is!!!) and had my FH call our photographer and DJ and see if they are available too (and they are- a perk of a late fall wedding)....

Now I'm set with the new date 11/22/13....but I have this fear it will snow or there will be another Sandy or something like that...am I friggin' crazy or just stressed??????????

11/22 is a great date. Its my birthday!! There are lots of things you can stress over but dont stress about the weather because there is nothing you can do to control it.

Thats my dads b-day too! I think youre going to be fine. A week wont make that much of a difference. Its amazing that all of your vendors were still available. What a relief!!

Aww! I will remember it's your new birthday on my wedding :) I know it's not really something to stress over, I just am afraid of bad karma I guess...and I LOVE thanksgiving and don't want my anniversary to fall on it...but that won't happen till 2018...our 5 year anniversary :) I think I'm ok with that!

Don't stress! As long as you were able to change all your vendors to the new date, that's all that matters. Like the above poster said, you can't control the weather so just make the best out of it!
