Has anyone decided last minute to change their vendors just a few months before their wedding? Either because your budget changed (either increased or decreased) or you just changed your mind?

Nope but be careful. Make sure the new vendor has your date available and be prepared to lose your deposit if its stated in the contract. Good luck!! :)

We changed our photographer about 4 months away from our wedding. Our original photographer went MIA when we were supposed to do our e-shoot after booking her a year prior. It was a little too late when she finally reached out to us and we cancelled. We got our deposit back but in installments and used that to hire another photographer who was cheaper and whose work was great so in the end it worked out for us but it also gave me a panic attack LOL
