Changing Last Name and Email

I'm taking FH's last name when I get married, so I'll have to change my email address because it's currently my first name and maiden name. Does anyone know if I can just change my current username or do I have to open a brand new email account?

Well you can just change you 'username' to Jane Smith so when people receive your emails it comes up with youtr new name but your actual address would still be [email protected]
