$150pp is very expensive to me. I'm getting married in the city and I'm not paying anywhere near that. Check out 3 West Club if you're still looking. How many people will you have and what type of wedding (more formal or not so much). I've never been to the Tribeca Rooftop- but maybe you could find something with a similar feel / but for less $$$....
