Has anyone seen the menus that they print? Do they look ok??
I have not seen them but I think they are generic and just add our names to the top
Thats what I assumed. I was kinda hoping a recent bride or guest at a wedding at CB may have seen them or taken a pic. I want menus but I have so many other DIY projects to do so I was hoping the menus were decent.
The menus are I think $12 per person you can definately get something way cheaper and custom to your liking

When you have a tasting, do you get to try all of the stuff that you chose for your Rh?

I am almost postive that price is one extra list they have. I remember seeing $12 and saying Hell no I paid little over $1. for my menus and were round and match lovely.

So what's included and what's not included at Chateau Briand? I was told they do ceremony decor and flowers, place cards, i thought they did menu cards, and what about the cake? What have people heard about the cake? is it good or do/did you plan on upgradiing to your own cake?

Your ceremony decor is included in your fee They give you placecards but you fill them out. I upgraded my cake and used Cakes by Jay there is pics in my album it was delish !! They used Erga bakery in Bethpage I heard mix reviews about there cake.

Does CB provide the aisle runners? and are the kids meals any less $$??
yes they do provide runners and I was told that once you make your minimum kids are get a 60% discount but if you don't make your minimum there is no discount for kids.

CB bride here. they would not give us a tasting until we booked with them. we had it put in the contract that if we did not like the food at the tasting we could cancel and get a full refund.
Since we are using the smaller room for the reception the only way we can use the outside area is if a larger wedding does not book that same day.
So dont go falling in love with the outside if you plan on having something small
