First off I am so happy to see all you CB brides! It seems there arent too many of us.

Anyway, I called the fox hollow Inn today and they said I would get 10% off a room rate for my wedding night. Still too much money for me to spend. Holiday Inn said I could get a room for $99 for my wedding night (regular room) b/c we're booking a few rooms the night before. We were quoted $155 for the sat. night before (room block). With tax its about $177, I still think its too much money for my guests to have to pay. Do you know of any other hotels in the area with a cheaper rate?

I'm also in the normandy room and my wedding colors are black and white with red accents

I blocked rooms at the Red Roof Inn much cheaper than Holiday Inn. Ive been there before and its just a basic hotel, clean but not really fancy. Its only for one night anyway. We have not decided where FH and I are staying though. Probably not the same hotel as our guests.

BTW im in the Leonardo DaVinci room

Really, the red roof quoted me more than HI. I believe it was $165/night

That's weird, I could have sworn that the HI told me that even with the discount it was still going to be either $179.... I'll have to check the paperwork again.

Has anyone seen the CB cakes or know which bakery they use? I'm still trying to decide if I want to use their cake or get my own....
