1 Any idea about the current price range for a Saturday night wedding?

2 How are these places decorated for Christmas? Do you get a festive feel?

3 What time would a saturday day wedding start?

4 Would you get a generous 'deal' if you can guarantee 220 ppl?

ANY HELP WOULD BE SO GREATLY APPRECIATED

I have my heart set on a nicer venue for my wedding however Im not sure if FI and I can afford it ... I love my job and would not change it for the world but regretfully we are both teachers and we're struggling ... after spending 120,000 on college we're paying off his loans - leaves the wedding budget pretty small...

Hey Jus, how is everything? So you're thinking about changing?? I remember looking at your reception place and thinking that it was very beautiful.

Don't drive yourselves nuts - your wedding is going to be beautiful no matter where it is.

When I was looking, I believe the Fox Hollow gave me a price of about $110 per person for a Saturday night in the late fall/early winter with a guarantee of 200. I love the Fox Hollow at winter time. It's very homey and cozy.

Im gettin married at chateau briand....we are paying 110 a person b4 taxes, 130 after for a saturday night in july, thats with the works, we have an extra hour for a deluxe viennese. For christmas time im sure its alot cheaper. and they did throw in alot of stuff like upgrading the viennese and chaircovers and stuff like that.
I'm a teacher too, thats why i made ours in july. Also since the wedding costs so much on our little salaries is the reason we rnt getting married til 09. we both fell in love w/ chateau briand....especially bc the elevator comes out of floor in our room.

That price is hard to believe, unless it includes a lot of extras. The Fox Hollow is pretty reasonable for what they offer and it;s def. not that much for a winter wedding.
