Chateau La Mer Brides!!!

We were there last night making a payment and we looked into the downstairs room... and they were installing a georgous white marble dance floor!!!

Lou never even said anything was getting done to the downstairs room, he just talked about renovations upstairs.

The lady also said the upstairs has been getting painted this week and they have had workers in and out all week working on stuff!!!

So... I guess everything is getting done!!!

What a relief!

Re: Chateau La Mer Brides!!!

It was seriously like 2 inches thick and looked really really good. The guy had laid almost all of it when I was there. I think they may be putting a black border around it because they had black accents in the main floor... but that part I could be wrong about. The whole place just looked new and updated because of it... it was so shiny!

Congrats on your upcoming weddings!!!

OMG, that is great news!!! I was a little concerned about the dance floor last time I was there. It was looking really worn down. YAY!!!!

Does anyone know what color the marble floor will be? Will the carpet remain the same?

I am not sure how I feel about the white.....

I have to see it too but it's new and will probably look much better than a scuffed up floor

edited to say that Fh hopes no one will slip on it. Is it treated marble?
