CHCC brides

Is anyone here doing a hotel block? If so, who are you using? It sounds like both Best Western and Executive Inn provide shuttle service. Any recommendations or experiences w/ either hotel? tia :)

FH booked Executive Inn when he dropped off our last payment..he didnt really ask which one we should use so I don't even know the difference in price for guests.
I stayed at the Executive Inn for my cousins wedding at CHCC. We stayed in a suite since we got ready there. It was nice and the same price as what it is now.

we had a block at the best western (which turned into all but 5 rooms in the whole hotel), i would not suggest them.
major issues the day of my wedding with there shuttle service that made my ceremony have a late start AND they were super rude to all my guests, and myself when i called to find out what was going on...
not worth it!
and from what i know they are part of executive inn so be careful.

I used Fox Hollow. They included a shuttle and breakfast in the morning

I just had my wedding on 3/9/13 at CHCC and I used the Executive Inn at Woodbury and I have no regrets. Bibi the manager for groups/wedding blocks was awesome to work with and very accomodating. They have a shuttle van but it only seats 14 passengers at a time and we had booked almost the entire hotel so we used our bridal party bus to get people to and from in addition to their shuttle and everything went smoothly. We rented their private party room for breakfast the next day and that was awesome as well! The reviews weren't that great for the hotel but our guests loved their time there. the hotel staff was wonderful and helpful and the hotel rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Definitely consider them - I was not disappointed!

A friend of mine got a block at Fox Hollow. She said it was great because they include breakfast the next morning, so she didn't have to spend the extra money on brunch for everyone!

I have my block at the Hampton Inn in Jericho. So far so good but will let you know after the wedding. :)
