CHCC FOOD TASTING??

I am having my wedding at CHCC do they have food tastings? I am going to call my BM just wanted to double check if anyone has has one before i call??

Yes I believe they do offer food tasting but closer to your wedding date. This is something I have to follow up on myself.

When I was booking with CHCC, they told me that they do not do food tastings bc they have such a great rep and they go by word of mouth. However, FH and I insisted that we have one bc we had almost booked with another hall and when we did their tasting, we weren't too crazy about the food. So we got one, which was mostly CH food, and it was amazing. So I just wanted to warn you that if you really want to have a tasting, you might have to push for it.

THIS! We had our tasting last September, and our wedding is in May, but the food is AMAZING!

I was able to try the cocktail hour food before I booked. I have been to CHCC for many events and the food has always been great!

Shannon, ask your BM, he/she owes you one! as far as the beer list, all I know is that they carry top shelf liquor, so they should have a good beer list. I think Mara is better equipped to field this one since she's been to a lot of events at our place.

I actually never looked at what beer was there since I do not drink beer. But I think (and dont quote me since I may be wrong) they told us that if there was a specific beer that your groom (or you) like that you can tell them and they will make sure that they have it.

This may have been at a different hall that said it but I think it was Crest Hollow!

at the time we didnt pay too much attention to the whole beer convo since neither of us drink beer, but over the last few months FH has become a beer snob lol and now he keeps asking me 'what type of beer do they have' lol
