Kissing is definitely cheating! I would tell her fh, because if it were me, I would NOT want to marry someone who did that!

If her FI knows about her activities and he's ok with it, that's one thing, but the fact that she is keeping it is secret, suggests that she knows it is wrong. Does she wear her ring when she goes out?

Well, if she doesnt consider kissing to be cheating, then why isnt she telling her FH when she does......b/c she considers it cheating but doesnt want to admit it.
She obviously must think she is doing something wrong--or else she'd be a little more honest.

That is definitely cheating! I would never do that to FH, and if he ever did that to me, I would be crushed. Your friend should think about how she would feel if her FH was acting that way behind her back!

I agree that her train of thinking is obviously not healthy for someone who is engaged to be married.
To be honest, if she was not engaged and this was a random encounter, I would not think much of it, but her reasoning and almost intent on it, is totally wrong, IMO.

As far as I'm concerned, if you are afraid to tell your partner about it, it's cheating.
