I actually just made an appt for a trial with Tina from Chic hair trends yesterday. It's in March (shes pretty busy the next 2 months) but her prices were pretty reasonable. One of my BMs had her hair done by her for a wedding last year, said she was great!
You have FM on pricing (in a minute, while I type it out haha)

Tina from Chic Hair Trends did my hair for TWOTY last Saturday!!! She was very sweet and did a great job.
She also did Christina's hair (you'll see her on TWOTY videos) and BM Marie's hair.
