I know I asked this question when many of us were newly engaged... but now that you and FH are in the midst of planning, ideas and more discussion of the future is here ...
Do you plan to have kids after the wedding?
Me: FH is sooo ready for children however I think we need to wait at least 1 yr since its our 1st time living with one another .... so for now we will wait but if it happens, im just as excited...

I want children and so does FH but we will wait most likely a year or two after we are married to have one. We have never lived together before so I want to be able to enjoy sleeping next to him instead of waking up every night to feed a crying baby plus I need to finish school first. But I can not wait until we have a lil or (FH would probably make me correct the order of those children lol he really wants a boy first hahaha)

We would love a honeymoon baby-- lol it would be due the week of our bdays! lol
But for real. We want kids asap. by the time we are married we would have already lived together for 2 1/2 years so theres nothing to get use to there. We decided on a year of just going with the flow- and if i am not pregnant by then , then we will actualy try and count days and all that funnnn stuff

FH wants to wait a year, but we already live together and at that time we will be together 4 years. I'm ready like yesterday! Baby feverrrrr! I look at it like this.... There is nothing in my life that I want to do at this point that I can't do with my family. I'm not a world traveler and if I decide to get another degree that won't be hard either....

I'd like to wait at least a year, maybe longer. I want to have a house before we have a baby, and depending on how long it takes us to rebound from the wedding it could be quite awhile before I'm preggers lol

i wouldn't mind waiting at least 1 year but FH will be 34 by the time we get married and he doesn't want to be an old dad so he wants to try as soon as possible after the wedding, like over the HM!

Lately Ive been wanting kids more and more and I know FH wants them now since he'll be almost 32 when we get married. I want to buy a house first and I think it will be about a year or so after the wedding by the time we start house hunting (need to save the moolah!). Then after the house we can have the kids. So I guess like 2 years after the wedding

FH & I came to an agreement on the subject.. because I'm not a huge fan of kids and I'm in no hurry, and he want them yesterday. We decided that we will be married for at least 1 year, and within that year there will be NO baby talk. After our 1st anniversary we are going to start 'trying' as long as we are financially stable and can afford a child

we will be waiting, our apart is a one bedroom, but we will be saving LOTS on money on rent (living downstairs from the inlaws)
so we'd rather save for a nice 2 bedroom condo THEN have kids.
I'd say 2 years before we can even consider them

We already have children. I never wanted to have children into my 30's and i had my sone 3 months before my 30th bday. He is 2 1/2 now and will never be a big brother.
FH came to me the other day and asked me if finances were not an issue would I have another child. Heeelllllllllllll noooooooooooo. This shop is closed for business. I have 2 and thats it!!!!

I would want kids right after the wedding, but our plans won't allow for it! We will be moving to NC after the wedding (I'm hoping by Christmas), and then we will be stuck in a lease for probably a year, and I don't want to have a baby until I have a permanent home for it! But I don't mind being preggers while house shopping!! Maybe they will take more pitty on me. LOL.

We've choosen not to have kids. We seem to get a lot of 'are you kidding me?' looks from friends and family, but its our lives and not thiers. We've even had a few people say to us 'Well I don't see why you are getting married then' because niehter of us want children.
