Children at receptions???

I was just wondering if there is a certain age in which children are free or they offer reduced prices? I have a couple friends who have children that will be 1 yr old and a couple other who will have toddlers and infants. If they bring them will they be charged full price? Or is there an age like under 3 free or something? I have no idea. I am sure this may vary but I just want to get a general idea. I really want to say no children under 14 but the problem is a lot of these people are OOT guests and I would feel awful incurring the charge of childcare on top of the expensive travel and accomodations they are already required to pay to come to our wedding.

All depends upon the RH and their policies on pricing.
There is no 'blanket' policy for this, where all the RHs do the same thing.
