Children @ wedding

Original post by Julybride08

What do you think should be the cut off age for kids?? FH has some cousins that will be about 16 & up. Do you think it would be ok to invite them and not any younger kids??

We'll only have three or four really little ones (ie: under 8) in our family when we get married... one of them will be our RB. I'm the oldest of four, and my youngest brother will be 16. I've got other younger cousins that will be btw 10-16. I feel like we should invite them, then let their parents decide what to do.(Hey, if they come, can I expect a bigger gift? Is it bad to think like that?)

Re: Children @ wedding

The only children that will be present at my wedding are the children that are in the wedding...sorry to say but they are all my nephews! And the two flower girls which BETTER be well behaved otherwise I will not be having flower girls! My nephews are WELL Behaved and will not run around or embarrass me.

I will not having the childrens club at my wedding. Therefore I will be adding a extraletter along with my invite stating that no children will be aloud to come to the wedding. And my age cut off is 14. Otherwise I will have a circus going on at my wedding. If u cant bring ur child to the club with u then dont bring em to my wedding and reception. And I will have security there so if u try to enter with a lil one that is not invited u will be turned away. If the person has hard feelings OH WELLL u were warned ahead of time.
