Chinese Slippers?

Hi, 09er crashing, but I thought you guys may have some suggestions....

I thnk I want to do half and half flip flops and slippers. The flip flops I found at the dollar store.

If I go into the city it will end up costing me the same in travel than to just get them online. Most places they are like $4 I found online for the chinese slippers.

Anybody find a good site to get them from?? Please share!

I don't know a good website to recommend, but I got my chinese slippers at the Aqueduct Flea Market in Queens (I believe it's the Ozone Park area). I got them for about $1.00 a pair. I had to ruffle through the boxes to find a bunch of different sizes - and I wasn't picky about the color - I had all different kinds. So I'd recommend going there and picking some up as long as you don't care about the color.

Try Pearl River Mart, Inc. located on 477 Broadway, NY btwn Canal. It's a market filled with everything you can possibility think of and the prices are really cheap. You can also try the vendors on Canal.
