Chocolate BM Dresses...Colors for vests?

I am clueless too.
I wanted to to ivory and FH hates it. I think at this point I may do black.

My girls wore chocolate for my wedding. I had originally picked out latte vests, but than didn't like. We eventually just went with black. It was the safest and easiest and it looked fine with the girls dresses.

I am wearing brown as a BM in my FSIL's wedding next month. The month are wearing copper colored (it's like a metallicy looking brown)vests... the groom is wearing silver. Sounds weird, but it looks AWESOME!!!! I have also seen just black done with brown dresses.

My girls wore chocolate dresses, my GM's didn't wear vests. But all my little nephews who were in the bridal party, wore gold vests.

Are the dresses all brown? For example brown with pink sash on the dress I would have the GMs wear the pink vests.

My girls are in a chiffon chocolate brown halter dress. I am using a dusty rose for the flowers.

My girls are in all brown.
I know it's OK to wear black with brown now, but I don't like the look of a black suit with a brown vest, so I think we'll do something like this-

This may not be the best help, but you asked for ideas... I have FH and all the GM in tan suits to go with my chocolate brown BM dresses.

Great thread, I was about to ask this too!

Black or ivory would probably work well. I love the look of silver with the tux for the groom tho.

Black for the groomsmen and silver for the groom is probably a better match.

I would go with black. I have never been a fan of matching or coordinating.

my nephews had gold vests/bowties, the rest of my GM didn't wear vests, just ivory shirts.
