I may sound dumb but....What exactly is a chocolate fountain? It sounds so yummy but I am not clear on what is is?

The chocolate fountain was the BEST extra money we spent on the wedding. People STILL talk about it!

These chocolate fountains look so good...yum! Quick question, what do you do about double dippers, especially kids? Does the reception hall have at least one waiter/tress to stand by the fountain?
