Ok, we've already decided that we want chocolate wedding cake, but I was just curious to see what other people are having....if you are having something other than chocolate or vanilla, then put other and post what you are having....

I really havent even thought about that yet. FH wants chocolate but I would like vanilla...but who knows

I'm really pushing for carrot cake for my wedding because it's my absolute favorite....but my mom keeps telling me that not everybody eats it!!!!! If I had to choose between vanilla and chocolate...I'd choose them both!!

im thinking vanilla cake bc i have a few quests allergic to chocolate including my mom....soooo i am a hug chocolate lover so we'll probably have vanilla cake and chocolate pudding or mousse

i couldnt decide so im doing both! Each layer will be different... One layer is chocolate with mocha and hazlenut filling and the other is vanilla with rasberry filling and something else cant remember =)

Your mom brings up a good point. Carrot cake is not a common kind of cake and not everyone will like it. (I LOVE IT THO )

We ordered our cake yesterday- I just had this argument with my FH. The cake was his 'job' and he decided he wanted carrot cake b/c everyone loves it. But I've been taking a very random, informal poll, and I discovered not everyone likes it after all. So he was mad b/c I said let's offer a choice to our guests, we offer them a choice at dinner, etc. We ended up getting carrot on the bottom, cannoli on the 2nd tier, chocolate w/ raspberry mousse and chocolate mousse, and cannoli for our top layer that we will eat on our anniv. Then he said he's not eating cake that's a year old!!! I almost cried right there on the spot!!

That is a hard one. I want vanilla cake but one layer with chocholate mousse and another layer strawberries and bannana.
