Choosing a photographer

Looking into all the wonderful photographers everyone here has suggested -- anyone else have suggestions they're dying to share?! I'm honestly looking for more of a boutique/independent photographer but I will look at anyone in case I fall in love!

Choosing a photographer

I just had my wedding 3 weeks ago and used Lighthouse Photography. I haven't seen my pictures yet, but loved what I saw on their website and testimonies from other people. AND they were the most fun people ever!! I had an early Sunday wedding and when they walked into my hotel room when we were getting ready, the party really started. Awesome, fun, friendly, accommodating people.

We are using Twelfth Night Photography and I just got my engagement pictures back and couldn't be happier! I have only seen a couple other people use them and i loved their work so I made an appointment. They were the only company i met with and we clicked with them and their prices were great. We are so happy with our decision.

I contacted Twelfth Night but haven't heard back from them yet :( They were one of the choices our best friends were deciding between, but ultimately they didn't end up going with them. I do love what I've seen of their work though and wish they would get back to me with prices

So weird they haven't gotten back to you. They are normally really responsive. I can forward you their pricing if you want. Let me know!

Choosing a photographer

I believe I am going to go with Spelman Studios. They are located in Sayville. My fiance and I live in Nebraska so I haven't been able to sit down with any of the possible vendors. I had my parents and my fiance's parents meet with them and they loved them. My fiance has talked with Suzanne over the phone and got a great vibe from her. I have to return her phone call to ask her some final questions but then we are good to go. :)

Choosing a photographer

My FH and I just booked cassarino studios in mineola. We totally clocked with them at a bridal showcase and then during our meeting it was so natural and had such a blast. Their pictures are exactly the style we were looking for and we felt so comfortable with them. There doing our video as well! We got an amazing deal! Highly recommend going to meet with them. We met with Kathy she was fantastic and so friendly!
