Church decoration????

Is it totally necessary to have pew bows??

Is anyone doing anything else besides the tulle bows???

I dont know what to do.

maybe it looks diff in person..but my honest opinion.. i think the cones with flowers looks like they went to the corner store and got a bunch of boquets for 5.99 and hung them....they are pretty.. just a lil tacky.. i dunno

Personally, I am not a fan of tule bows. But I wouldnt insult another bride and call it tacky.

i spoke to Pedestals about it and she is putting flowers and bows on the first 6 pews and then im having the two columns up at the alter with flower arrangements on them.

I briefly thought about doing bows but as I'm running out of time so this was one of those things I was fine with cutting out! We'll just have altar arrangements.

My church has a rather narrow aisle so I am going to forgo any decorations that would stick out. I might interlace tulle along the ends of the pews and drape the ends

My florist is making bags made out of tulle and putting rose petals in them and then hanging them from each pew facing the aisle. It's different-I loved it when I saw a picture.

I'm having pew bows because my florist gave it to us in our package. If they didn't I would have put tuille. Both are pretty

I want flowers but my florist said they arent cheap and i cant afford them!

But I dont know about pew bows...My church pews are white with a wood top and the carpet is red! I dont know what to do!!

My church has a red carpet also. the pews are a brown wood though.. I am using a white aisle runner.

well.. i bought 16 pew decorative wreaths from a fellow LIWer. they match our fall theme perfectly.

the church is putting up pew candelabras as well, so we aren't doing any bows or tulle
