church music...what are you using

i think i want to walk down to canon in d. anyone have good bridal party ideas?

There is a big thread about this somewhere...you will see lots of answers if you do a search.

I love Cannon in D but it doesnt sound right on a organ...just FYI. I walked down to Here Comes the Bride and my bridal party walked down to vocal Ave Maria.

Not sure yet.. and like Stef said, you have to take into consideration what it'll sound like..
for the attendant's I am thinking about either Elgar's Pomp and Circumstance marches or Walton's Crown Imperial. for my entrance either, Jeremiah Clarke's Trumpet Voluntary or here comes the bride.. not sure yet..

My BP is walking down to Canon D and I am having Trumpet Voluntary for my grand entrance.

Dont know about the recessional though.

you can hear clips of songs on most sites that sell CDs. try CDnow.com, Barnes & Noble, Amazon. you can search for the songs or for 'wedding songs'

so many good ones to choose from.
