Church send off

So since my church has marble steps, we aren't allowed flower petals or birdseed.

I know bubbles have been quite popular, but I'm seeing if anyone else has ideas?

I was thinking of getting some ribbons on sticks for people to wave around. I could make them myself since I think buying would be too much (and I would only get 50 at most).

I also heard about releasing doves as we exit, that might be cute, but pricey??

Any ideas? Or any advice on the above two options?
