I've heard people had a hard time returning items when the box was opened. At Best Buy the sales help and managers have just been rude. PC Richard gave my parents the hardest time returning a tv (a lot of run around and 'we didn't say that') plus a restocking fee. I almost feel it is the luck of the draw. Have you tried some online shops? www.buy.com has good prices usually and i've had luck at amazon.com (prices and returns).

Beth: This is the one I got him. He loves it. I didn't get one with a DVD or CD because he has the Xbox which is a CD/DVD player.
