Someone had posted this on LIF so I started looking and I found a few things that might be my mom's and her family. Search by your family's last name, the last name and all cities in NY you have lived in and do the same for your FH and DH. I found FH's uncle on there! If you have a common last name, search by the last name then initial of first names.Unclaimed Funds in NY

I found that site awhile ago and found my aunt on it. She had a paycheck from a job from 1998

I did it once......My sister had to fill out this paperwork mail like $25- to process the info just to get her own money back. It was crazy. Good Luck to you girls.

You have to print it out and fill it in and he'll get his money. It takes a few weeks to get it though.

I wish it told you how much money the thing is worth though... I am on there for some Oxford thing, but if I am only getting like $20 I don't feel like its worth it to schlep to a Notary, etc. GRR!

Yeah i agree I wish they told you...i am a notary though so I am just going to do it for him anyway!
