So I need to kick of this diet seriously. I would like to try a clensing diet for a few days. Has anyone done one that works? If so....what do I have to do!?!?! I'll do anything!

I did a raw food diet for 3 weeks, which a lot of people do as a detox/cleanse. All you eat is raw uncooked fruits and veggies. I lost about 10-15 lbs (but eventually gained it back..haha), but I plan on doing it again closer to the wedding. It's tough at first but I loved it after a while!

where do you get isagenix??? and which one did you use?
i've tried the detox ones you can get at your local drugstore - the ones that are all based off of the acai berry that you see sometimes on tv. it worked!

I use the one that comes in the Green Box - it's a 2 week cleanse. Also, they offer this cleanse with ALL pills or you have the option of pills with liquid fiber. I do the one with All Pills (just my preference). i have never tried any of the other cleanses they offer.
