I use the one that comes in the Green Box - it's a 2 week cleanse. Also, they offer this cleanse with ALL pills or you have the option of pills with liquid fiber. I do the one with All Pills (just my preference). i have never tried any of the other cleanses they offer.
I always wanted to try one of this things... Do they make u like poopie? pee?? Im sorry I am naive with this things... do they make u do something? Because that is the reason why i have NOT tried. I am not sure of how do they work...

Ooo Ok... but this only happens on ur first day u drink it? or does it happens for more than a day?

did you loose alot of weight on it.. and can you use it while at work ? or will you be on a bathroom break every 2 minutes?

It's actually a 2 weeks cleanse - with a lot of pills so if you are not good with taking pills I wouldn't suggest using this. I can't really say how it will affect you because different cleanses affect people differently, but this is the only cleanse I trust doing because I'm not running to the bathroom every 2 minutes. It's not meant for weight loss but you could lose up to about 5 pounds when doing it correctly. I think of more of like a great way to jumpstart a healthy diet. Also, I wouldn't suggest heavy exercising while cleansing because that may not be pleasant LOL

Hmmmm I exercise 6x times per week.. i do Zumba classes, Kickboxing, run 3miles... So tht would not be good?????
