Hey....i use secret clinical and its AWESOME!!! it is a little expensive but well worth it!

also...if you are really worried you can go to the doctor and they can give you something to help...its this thing you put on in the evening (it stings a little) you shower it offf in the morning and volia' no more sweating...(not even in orlando, fla in august!!!)
