We are going to pick out our menu and cake on Friday! So fun! We have an idea about what we want for our menu but no clue even what the options are like for the cakes! Could any of you please post what you choose and if you have pictures of cakes that would be great!! Thanks!!

Lauren, here are two cakes I saved. I know that the first one is definitely CLM, and I am pretty sure the second one is too, only because I am not so sure I would have saved it if I werent... I can't remember. But I love this style.

yay! Were going to pick our menu on Wednesday!! Were set on that but I have no idea about the cakes either. I hope I get to schedule a tasting of the cake too and dont just have to pick it out! I'll let you know how it all goes when were done

I dont have a pics of the cakes, but we decided on a strawberry shortcake, with whipped cream. Blue flowers, to match our color scheme. They show you 2 books with alll different choices. They will make it the way you want it. Have fun making your menu.

Im not getting married there but I just went to a wedding there on sunday and the food was AMAZING!!! I had the Filet mignon & the potato crochets (sp) and it was sooo yummy..

The books they show you are a bit outdated and I only found one that I like and we had to change it up a bit. As far as flavors for the cake there are plenty to choose from....I am having red velvet.

thats what we wanted!! how much extra was the red velvet? Also, did it cost you more money to change the cakes up??

the books are a little outdated. I didnt find anything I liked in there, but they said to just bring pictures to Campbells and they will do whatever we want. I called Greg there and he was really nice. They'll let you know if what you want falls into the included CLM cake range or if it will be extra. I'm doing something like this, in my colors (peach and brown) and we are getting half cannoli half choc mousse.

I'm not sure lol I didnt actually go to the bakery yet. But as far as them telling you something is extra - CLM had no clue what is extra and what isnt as far as the cakes go. You have to go to the bakery directly for that. And unless you are choosing something that is exactly from the book, you have to go to the bakery anyways. I'm going to Campbells next weekend so I'll def let you know!

could you call them and ask them if the red velvet is more? I mean, with design its hard to tell if it will be extra or not until they see what you want, but they should be able to tell you if red velvet is extra or not. Call them up and ask for Greg!
