DO I HAVE TO TIP THE PARKING ATTENDANT AND BATHROOM ATTENDANT OR IS THAT INCLUDING IN GRAUITY
ANYBODY ELSE I SHOULD TIP AND AM FORGETTING.

Yes, you still should tip the Maitr'd. And trust me you will want to at the end of the night. Mine did an AWESOME job.
You should also tip the bridal attendant. Also worth the extra tip. She was fantastic as well.
I dont even know if we had a parking attendant or a bathroom attendant..haha.

I was told that the fee was like a required tip and you do not need to tip on top of that. Of course you can tip if they do an amazing job but it is not required.

you tip the MD and bridal attendant.
The bar tenders, coat check, parking attendant and bathroom attendant your guests tip.
the md fee is just to have the guy there and that is not a tip, it pays part of their salary. Now you don't have to tip top dollar just tip what you have and can afford and what you think he/she deserves. The same thing with the bridal attendant.
I did $250 for MD and $100 for bridal attendant for 95 guests. I didn't tip any of the coat checks, bar tenders, etc my guests did plenty of tipping to cover dh and i.

You tip the MD and the BA definitely. Bathroom attendants and valets all get tipped by the guests
