Club Wedd at Target... any feedback?

Does anyone know the policies, or have any feedback concerning Target's registry?

I registered there a few eeeks ago, so far so good , but I registered early so who knows. I have heard good and bad about them. Mainly that the items are hard to find and better purchased from the website. I would not make it the only place you register due to this but for the basics I think it's great. My registry showed up online the next day and it's very easy to add and delete items from the website....

I have a small registry there and so far I have had no probelms. I know there have ben both good and bad things said about them so I would do a search.

a while back someone posted how you only have a certain amount of time to return the things, and after that they wont take them back.....

I registered there Target is my favorite store. My neighbor registered there and recieved 3 ironing boards. When she went to return the extra 2 they told her she couldn't return them until 90 days AFTER the wedding. So I registerd in 2002 and they are telling me that I have to wait till like sept or oct. of 2004 to return the stuff. By then It will perobably be 1.00 and thats what ill get. But I still went and registered there I love it.

We did China Crystal Flatwear stuff like that at Fortunoff and Small appliances and fun stuff at target.

I love shopping at Target but I have to say that I once went to buy something off of someone's registry there and it was a total pain. You have to print the registries from the machines (which is fine because most stores are like that). Well the machines at this Target were a mess! One was broken and the printer wasn't working on the other. I asked for help and was told that if the machines weren't working that I basically couldn't get the list that day!!! Well I made a fuss and finally someone came and fixed the printer on the one machine. After like 20 minutes I finally got the registry list. Anyway, this story probably isn't all that helpful to you. I'd just be wary of their customer service.

the only problem i had with my target registry was that stuff never came off of the list once it was bought - we got 3 iced tea makers. there were good about bringing them back, so it wasn't the end of the world.
