I just saw that my coach bag is damaged. some of the beading is missing. Do you think that coach will repair it? Ive had the bag a few years but its one of my favorites
has anyone sent their bag in to repair? how does this work. I had a watch repaired, it was under warranty but not sure how bags work
Hey--my friend had the same thing happen--her bag was a couple of years old as well. I think you have to call the company--they will either repair the bag or send you a totally new one(which they did for my friend) you can FM her if you want her LIW name is meaganpallotta

No she had a blck on with the large C's on it--she will def help you if you Message her im having dinner with her tonight so i will tell her to read her mail ASAP

They repair anything, no matter how old. My mom sent in a bag that she got ages ago and they fixed the zipper.

I've tried to contact both coach AND dooney and bourke when things have gone awry with my bags. I wasnt looking for replacement, I wnated to pay for cleaners, etc, and both companies were very UNHELPFUL. On the other hand, Louis Vuitton has great customer svc.

Theyre good. I can see great, but theres still a little bit of a haze when I look at the computer screen. I probably should stay OFF the computer, but I have a sick addiction. They're still bloodshot, so I look like a drug user, but that should go away w/in 2 weeks. Thanks for asking!

The dye ran on my coach bag so like part of it looks browish and other parts are black... do you think they would do anything about that? lol

The binding on one of my coach bags was fraying so I brought it into one of the stores. It cost $20 (to cover shipping) and 6 - 8 weeks. Around 6 weeks I remembered I never got my bag back. The next day it showed up and the first thing I looked at was the binding. they didn't fix it. Then I found a letter in the box that said that they were not able to fix the bag back to Coach standards and to please accept the letter as a coupon for 50% off of a new bag (plus another $20 to pay for the $20 I gave at the store).
I was a little upset that they didn't just fix my first bag, but I had been ogling a bag that was WAY out of my price range and with the letter I was able to get it!
