Coach Bags and repairs

The dye ran on my coach bag so like part of it looks browish and other parts are black... do you think they would do anything about that? lol

i think the website says they dont clean the bags they just sell the products

For what they charge for bags at LV, they should offer to come to your home and hand-sew your bag for you if it breaks LMAO How are your eyes by the way?

Theyre good. I can see great, but theres still a little bit of a haze when I look at the computer screen. I probably should stay OFF the computer, but I have a sick addiction. They're still bloodshot, so I look like a drug user, but that should go away w/in 2 weeks. Thanks for asking!

I agree, i refuse to buy any coach bags, when i was in Highschool i had my first and last bag. It was gorgeous, suble soft leather, made in usa, great quality. Now their bags are junk.
my stupid sister keeps buying them and all they do is fall apart, and they are all now made in china

They are so against people selling fakes from chinatown on ebay but all their bags and shoes are made in china too!!!!

thats strange. This is the first coach bag that i have had that became damaged, and i have several. The only reason i have a problem with this one is because of the small beads on it and they were bound to become lose or broken.


i'm pretty sure Coach wont clean bags. I hope they can fix my bag or give me a new one but if they cant i'd be happy with that that other girl said 50% off and the $20 back. Ive already had this bag for 2 years, so to be given a discount like that to get another bag... thats awesome! But i havent heard good things about LV. My cousin had a bag that was damaged and they wouldnt do anything, but im sure it depends onthe damage.

Its like all this wedding stuff - when it comes down to it, its who you talk to in the company - they may have been more willing to help you out, your interpretation of the event and etc... and thats why some people love or hate these vendors!
