so I ordered my BP some things from COACH... I got the girls white wristlets and the guys money clips - i figure it's something that will last and tehy can use again. Oh I also got one for FH and I... so I ordered 6 of each.
I got a call from COACH saying that tehy can't complete the order b/c of policy and that they can only give me 3 of each. I was like WHAT?! Then I don't want any of them. I made a big stink over it and spoke to a mgr - and explained that they were wedding gifts... finally, it was resolved and they are 'letting' me get all of them...
Just wanted to let you girls know that they have a pretty lousy policy for buying in bulk - but I spent over $600 - you'd think they would accomodate me a little more... Anyway, if you were thinking of buying from coach for the BP, make sure you get all of them, they can do it they jusst need approval...

I got my girls wristlets also. They told me that if you order a certain amount they do a backround check and some other things. They want to make sure that people are not selling them on the street.
I only needed 6 so I was ok and I went right into the store and bought them.

wow! that is so weird! I ordered from them a few months ago and got gifts for all 7 of my BM and had no problems at all! I wonder if this is a new policy???

That is really wierd. Especially if your paying full price for them. It's not like selling them on the streets your gonna make money off them.

just saw this..
I used to work for coach and their big concern is that you buy in bulk and sell them off. I worked with a manager who didn't care though. I mean, like you said, you are spending so much money. Truth be told- if you want to buy in bulk at Coach, do it at a store-they are such hogs when it comes to sales- and having a multi-item sale is great for the store.

Geez, I am planning on buying my BP gifts from there as well. Thanks for the heads up, what does it matter how many you buy?? If the card goes through and they get their money, what does it matter to them??
