Re: Coldasice217

Thanks for asking...

We still haven't heard back from the vet yet with the blood and urine results. We need to bring it up to them though now that we know he could have been inadvertantly exposed to Feline Flu via human contact, so that might hold up definitive answers even after they do call.

He ate and drank a very tiny bit this morning, but so far since he hasn't had any more. He seems to be a little more alert and social, but right now he's sleeping. I'm hoping the medicine will kick in and we'll move up from here, but I'm still really scared for him I almost passed out at work just before because I've been so worried.

Re: Coldasice217

I know cats and dog are different but a few months ago my dog was having the same symptoms... He didnt vomit though.
But it turned out to be that he hurt his back really badly. For some reason when they do that they do not like to be touched, they stay in their cage, dont eat, not happy... etc. The vet gave him a few shots over a month or so and I also had meds for him.
It went away after a month or so.

It might be that?
