I feel like I haven't posted in a while so I wanted to have a little question of the night...
Who is having colored shoes for the wedding? If you are, what colors are you doing? Do you find that your family is having a hard time with it?
I want to have cobalt blue shoes to match my colors but my mom is freaking out!!! She says it will be tacky and silly....I think it would be cute and unique and something I'd love to have in pictures
Who else is doing this???

I'm using pink shoes & my FH is the only one that has a problem with it. He keeps asking why I'm not wearing white shoes bc that's what brides are supposed to wear lol

i think more girls wear colored shoes then white shoes now, or i just notice it more then white.
dont worry too much what everyone else thinks this is your day wear what you want. and if people are upset over your shoes, of all things i would just laugh at them lol

my shoes are cobalt blue!!!! Do it!!! Some family members were taken back by it at first but even the most conservative like the idea now! :)

you can do white/ivory for the ceremony and then switch to the blue for the reception

i loved the idea! i just went for champagne colored shoes but i love the cobalt blue and a lot of the '11 brides did hot pink as well!

I'm wearing hot pink shoes. My mom had a problem with it also at first, but once she saw the shoes she loved the idea! She actually got me a clutch to match my shoes!

Im doung the cobalt shoes also beware if it rains the dye may bleed so im gonna buy a cheap back up white pair to wear for photos just inu case.

Cobalt blue shoes sound amazing! It’s such a fun way to add personality and a pop of color. They’ll look gorgeous in photos, and most importantly, if you love them, that’s what matters. Anyone else going for bold shoes?
