Same owners too so the service is very similar.

Defintely go check out the thatched cottage in centerport. Only one wedding at a time. It was gorgeous!!

Definitely Thatched Cottage! It's beautiful

I concur, Thatched was nice. But I never saw the cocktail hour room. I also heard rumors of them going under. But I can't say I believe them.

Fox Hollow has a very cozy feeling to it also, especially if you use the Winter Garden Pavillion (for smaller weddings).

The Riviera in Massapequa is also cozy.

As a soon-to-be Thatched Cottage bride, I have been really happy working with them thus far .. they have been really easy to work with, and definitely one of my favorite things is that we'll be the only wedding there! Depending on the time of year you have it, the cocktail hour can be partially inside and partiallly outside .. out back by the water is just lovely!

And its a historical cottage, so of course its got that 'cottagy' feel to it!

Stewart Manor has a warm cozy feel to it. Only thing is an indoor ceremony would be in the ballroom but it's completely seperate from the ch room.

stewart manor CC.... has a cosy feel

Definitely look at the Stewart Manor Country Club!!! (www.stewartmanor.com) There are pics of the rooms (dinner and CH are separate) and the menu!! Weather permitting, the cocktail hour can be outside.

We fell in love w/it immediately. We loved the 'country home' feeling without having to break the bank. Speak w/James. He's great to work with.

Good luck,
Donna

I agree with Stewart Manor CC...WE loved the ballroom, wood beams , huge wood floors and fireplace...we choose Watermill but that was our second choice!
