COMFORT INN--MEDFORD?? ADVICE PLEASE

Please let me know what kind of quality this hotel is, and if its worth blocking rooms at, have been told that Fils want to block rooms there, no matter how far it is from east Wind, but want to know if its a decent place or a dump...

Anyone else have any reviews/insight on this hotel? Feel free to post here or FM me. I would like to let FMIL know the reviews I ahve been getting...and as I suspected, not so great..I am trying to convince her to want to stay at Best Western East End or Hampton Inn.
