I got my dress there. They say there arent negotable with the prices since its already so cheap, but I found my dress in a magazine for cheaper and they honored that price. So far all of the bm dresses I have gotten quotes for theres was by far the cheapist.
eta - The lady who helped me I dont remember her name.. shes been there 16 years.. she was so great!! I really liked her and she was very honest. I think it all depends on how you treat them also.

I got my dress there. It was the cheapest price I saw, besides online which was only $30 cheaper, and since my dress was hollow to hem I felt more comfortable ordering it from the store. As for the service, it depends on who helps you. There are a lot of rude people who work there. However, the woman who helped me and my sister was soo nice and helpful, her name is Helene. As for the alterations... I will NOT be getting my dress altered there!!!

the only issue is that they do not put a cap on alterations. my MIL paid $100 for a hem for the dress she wore to our wedding and wasn't thrilled with the service she got. she said the seamstress was always running super-late and was very impatient. i don't know if it is the same set-up for the brides.

I just got fitted for my sisters wedding (I am MOH). The lady was so rude and she was just snipping away at the bottom of the dress so carelessly. It also is taking a month to be ready and I wont find out if it fits until 4 days before the wedding. My grandmother also got fitted thee and they did an awful job and charged her an arm and a leg! And while my grandma ws there she saw a bride in tears because they made the dress soooo tight! I would rather not take that chance with my dress so I am bringing it elsewhere.;

Re: Commack wedding Center
I actually loved that they did finished my dress the week of the wedding because it fit perfect same with the girls, I dropped about 10 lbs those last two weeks and having the fitting so late was a big help (it made me and my mom really nervous but worked out well) I've seen so many brides were they did fittings to early and dropped weight by accident and there dresses were falling off of them! Best of luck!
