I was there on wed. Trying on dress. They seamed OK. Price were low.

We just ordered my BM dresses there.

The service was wonderful!

ARRIVE EARLY, you get better service! As the 3 1/2 hours that we were there went on, it got more and more crowded and the service for others seemed to diminish.

My personal experience with them so far was really good!

I've been to The Wedding Center a few times and always had a pleasant experience. I actually ordered my dress from them and Regina in the bridal section was extremely helpful, patience and nice.

I did not choose BM dresses yet but even if I go elsewhere to have the girls try them on (Wedding Center has them all in plastic bags) I will definitely order from Wedding Center. They have the best prices and Carrie in the BM department knows what she's talking about.

Also, a woman I work with got favors from there and said they were great!

I did.. it was terrible! I went to look at invites and they wanted to charge me 250$ more than what I was quoted from a reputable seller.. Also, their dress section is always crowded and the associates there are evil and say the most hurtful comments.. I think they are all a bit burnt out in that place.. I would have to say do NOT book any packages with them.. People have had horrible experiences with their vendors!! Do a search on here. It will help you tremendously!

they have amazing prices on dresses. however im not too thrilled with most of their staff and customer service. i havent looked into anything else than the bm dresses there.

I ordered my BM dresses from there for price only and yes it's true their customer service s ucks.... I did manage to talk to a couple of the nicer girls:

Number # 1 Gilda
Nancy is cool....
Carrie- you have to catch her on a good day- she is VERY iffy- I have seen her being rude to the employees there.

Their customer service is NOT very good...

I can say I have not had an entirely awful experiece- please pray for me when we start alterations.

There prices are good though....

I got my dress and my bridesmaid dresses there. Everyone was really nice and helpful. I'm probably doing the invitations and guys tuxes too. I was to nervous to do any of the photo/dj packages. I don't think I'm getting my alterations done there though. I heard mixed reviews about that.

I would do a search on here. Not too many brides have had good experiences w/ them. I looked in there and was not happy w/ the service.

Their prices are okay but I did find Bridal Elegance to be much cheaper. I ordered my BM dress for my friends wedding on 2/16 and just a few things.....They NEVER altered one of the BM dresses....she went to pick it up today (which was her pickup date)...not altered. So now she has to go back on Friday. When I went to pay for my alterations and pick up the dress they told me I had to put my name on a list. My APPOINTMENT was at 1pm and asked 2 different people if I have to wait to be called if Im just paying for something I was told I did. FINALLY at like 1:45 I saw an old guy and told him I had a 1pm appointment to pickup my dress that was altered and he said I DIDNT have to wait. So me being the nice person I am pointed out to him the 2 girls that told me that I did have to wait. I give him the money and like 10 minutes later he comes back with my change.
One girl that was there was interested in Bill Levkoff 550 and they quoted her I think $220.....I went right over to the girl and told her that another place has it for $165.00 (which i know because I called them to find out their price).
THEN I go over to the other building to pickup my dress, tried it on......the top did not even feel like it was altered. In fact when I got home I called my mom and told her that it feels the same.....sure enough, today I find out one of the BM dresses wasnt altered so Im thinking my top maybe wasnt?!?!?

Would I recommend them?? NOPE not to anyone.
All of that AND not to mention that all of the people that work there were the rudest people I ever encountered in my life.

they r soooooooooooooooo nasty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! go to wedding world they are a few min away from bridal center and have great deals!

My FH and I had a bad experience with them too. The person that we met with was very pushy, but we decided to go with them anyway because everything was included and put down a $20 dollar deposit. When we decided that we didn't want the limos they wouldn't alter the package and we weren't able to get our deposit back. PS we were able to find what we wanted and we got good prices for everything. We just need to book the dj & photographer.

I walked right in and right out - felt like it was very overcrowded and very unorganized. No appointment needed and you had to sign in on a pad and wait to be called. Not for me
