I can't even begin to tell you...but my first experience seeing my dress for the first time went absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Ohh yeah, forgot to mention, NEVER even got a call that it was in either... Can't STAND my consultant at all!!! HUGE FAKE! It's been a long dayyyyyyyyyyyyy to say the least. Wish I could explain, but I'm sooooo tired, mad and upset! Looonggg story!

I'm just so freaking upset right now. I'm literally planning on buying a back up wedding dress just in case. I feel like I can't trust them...and they DEFINITELY NEED TO WORK ON BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree- you don't want to be stressed worrying about how your dress is going to turn out.. i would talk to management first and if they do not make you feel better and show improvement go somehwere else with your dress
